Martin

PGA Professional

Martin Scholz

has been a PGA professional since 2020. In Berlin, he is one of the city’s best-known golf figures and worked as a golf instructor at the renowned Stolper Heide Golf Club. Martin is a passionate golf club enthusiast and holds KBS and True Temper quality certifications. Before Martin began his career in golf, he completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic. This background has given him a solid technical foundation, which he now combines with his passion for golf.

PGA Professional

Paul Konnegen

is a young golf professional and has been a PGA professional since 2020. His passion for golf began at an early age, and since then he has made a name for himself as a golf instructor and youth team professional, particularly at the Wannsee Golf Club. As a true “digital native,” Paul Konnegen is very familiar with the latest technologies and digital trends. He uses these skills to take golf instruction to a new level and employ innovative methods to help his students improve.

Managing Director & Golf Coach

Maximilian Pahn

Maxi is the founder and CEO of the Golf Performance Institute. He developed a passion for golf and golf equipment early in his youth and eventually turned his hobby into a career. From his time in strategy and finance, he brings a keen eye for numbers, data, and streamlined processes, which he complements with the technical expertise he gained during his training as a golf instructor—and that’s exactly how he approaches every fitting.

Finn

European Long Drive Champion & Golf Coach

Finn Quade is a member of the first team at the Wannsee Golf Club and a well-known German long-drive professional. Drawing on his expertise, he conducts customized fittings that focus specifically on woods, and, as a long-drive professional and C-level golf instructor, he also leads driver clinic seminars. Through his professional guidance, he helps golfers optimize their distance and accuracy.

Pier

PGA Assistant

Pier is a GPI Fitter, a DGV golf instructor, and is currently training to become a PGA Professional. He combines a trained eye for swing mechanics and movement with a genuine enthusiasm for clubs, shafts, and technical details. As a gear nerd, Pier approaches fitting not just through numbers, but always with an eye toward the feel of the game and the golfer’s development. This results in recommendations that are clearly explained, make sense from a golfing perspective, and are a good long-term fit for the player.

Golf Pro & GPI Fitter

Noah Chiger is one of our GPI fitters and also the 2025 club champion at the Golf- und Land-Club Berlin-Wannsee. With his deep understanding of swing mechanics, his competitive playing experience, and his calm, precise analytical approach, he helps golfers of all skill levels reach their full potential. Noah combines athletic expertise with technical know-how—resulting in top-tier fittings that pay off right on the course.

Jona Gerhardt is a fitting specialist at GPI and a passionate golfer with a strong technical understanding. Thanks to his training as an industrial mechanic and his degree in sports management, he brings precision, analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail—qualities that are essential for a successful fitting. With his calm, organized demeanor and his enthusiasm for the sport, Jona will help you truly understand your equipment and noticeably improve your game on the course.

Tobias is a GPI Fitter and brings a unique athletic background to the table: Before he got into golf, he played college basketball. That experience continues to shape him to this day—giving him a deep understanding of athleticism, movement, and performance. Today, Tobi combines that athletic mindset with his passion for golf to help you find the right equipment for your game.

Bela is a GPI fitter and grew up at the Gatow Golf Club. Even as a young man, he was deeply involved in the sport of golf there and developed a deep understanding of the game, technique, and personal development. His enthusiasm for sports and his natural drive make him a fitter who works with great energy, sensitivity, and a genuine focus on performance.

Sebastian Staritz is the heart and soul of our GPI workshop. As a former master mason and concrete worker, he possesses exceptional craftsmanship, which he now applies to the art of club-making. With his passion and precision, he ensures that every golf club is perfectly tailored to the individual needs of our customers.

Operations Manager

Frederik Ulrich is our organized leader in order management. With a keen eye for detail and a clear communication style, he ensures that every fitting is thoroughly documented, every request is recorded, and every task is precisely carried out by the workshop team. This is how analysis turns into real action—efficiently, reliably, and to the point.

Content Manager

Emil Weber is the creative director and content strategist at GPI. As a passionate golfer with a knack for storytelling, he gives our brand a voice and visibility—whether in videos, written content, or on social media.
